How do I file a claim?

How much will I get back?
Each person who submits a valid claim on time will receive one Settlement Voucher. The voucher may be used for up to $11.00 toward any purchase at Ann Taylor Factory Stores or LOFT Outlet Stores. Additionally, each person for whom the defendant has an email address will automatically receive a Settlement Voucher valued at up to $11.00. If they have your email address, you should have received an email from them, and in that case, no further action is needed.
