Free 800 Natural Remedies Book on Amazon
If you love to garden, or if you’re looking for natural remedies, Survival Apothecary is a wonderful book full of knowledge and tips! It is #1 on the best-seller list on Amazon right now. There are no reviews yet, but I grabbed a free copy for myself and took a quick look. Here’s what I found:
First, because you ‘buy’ this free book, they offer two more freebies on page 4.
- The Herbal Medicine Reference Table, and
- The Portable Emergency Herbal Remedies Guide
However, at the time of posting the link in QR code did not work for me. It went to some kind of radio promotion (like a ham radio). I didn’t really want that, so I skipped it. I hope they’ll fix that soon.
Based on what I know and what I don’t, I would say this book is a great resource with invaluable information. I’m so glad I found it, and even happier that it was free!
For example, one of the first suggestions is for respiratory issues. I had a terrible case of the flu this year and it just will not go away! I’ve tried every over-the-counter remedy and they help for about 10 minutes. So, I’ve been looking for relief.
The author suggests using peppermint. You can drink peppermint tea or inhale peppermint steam. But she doesn’t stop there; she further explains how to do that and also what to avoid to make sure infants and young children stay safe. This book seems to have some good advice as well as things to avoid. That’s the kind of advice my mom would give!
I’m thrilled to find that it even includes mullein. I recently discovered Mullien drops for lungs because it is kind of a pop-culture thing on TikTok at the moment. But, it’s been around for many, many years in folk medicine as a lung tonic to help soothe irritated respiratory passages such as your throat and lungs. In other words, mullein is wonderful to drink as tea to help soothe breathing and stop coughing because of that ‘little tickle’ in your throat or lungs. I got a bottle of mullein oil and added it to a glass of water, and I’m thrilled to report it helped quiet the cough I’ve had for two months!
Don’t Miss this Book While it’s Free!
Occasionally, authors will make their books available for free on Amazon for a short time. So, when we find great ones it’s really important not to wait. Because even if the price goes up, if you bought it while it was free — it’s yours to keep.
