Eligibility:
Anyone can nominate a teacher. To be eligible to be a Nominee, Nominees must, at the time of Entrant’s entry, meet all of the following requirements: (i) be legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia; (ii) be 18 years of age or older as of the date and time of participation; (iii) be an active, licensed K–12 schoolteacher/educator or higher education faculty member within the (50) United States or District of Columbia, including schoolteachers or higher education faculty members who work in schools, daycare centers, early childhood learning centers, home schools and after school programs; (iv) and be nominated by an eligible Entrant user who completes the applicable steps as set forth in Section 4 below in the United States (each a “Nominee”).
