While “indoor” pizza oven seems obvious, there’s also such a thing as an outdoor pizza oven. I imagine a small cave built into my backyard in which I could bake the perfect pie. Conversely, I have a Pizza Pizzaz pizza maker, which uses a spinning plate under two heating elements to make pizza. I love the way they turn out but they take 15-18 minutes each. So, if you want to make 3 pizzas, it’s an investment in time. I’ve been to friends’ houses who have real, actual pizza ovens (indoor pizza ovens, at that!) and they are definitely nice. I think the best part about them is the fact that you can put them in a small space, like a bar, without having to install a whole kitchen-size oven. Then again, if I wanted to put the pizza oven in my kitchen I’m not sure I’d want to give up the counter space. But either way, it’s free! So, I’d find somewhere to use it.
