Here’s what Papa Murphy’s told me about their Rewards Program birthday reward:

Thank you for reaching out to Papa Murphy’s Guest Services! The Birthday Reward is for a Free Pizza (any size, crust, recipe) up to $16 max value and is available for 7 days! It cannot be combined with any Tuesday deals or with special offer items, but is available both online and in-store.
In order to be eligible, you must be a MySlice member with your birthday on file and have a visit recorded on your account before your birthday. The reward will be automatically added to your account and you will receive an email notifying you of the reward.
