If you purchased a Stella Artois beer from a Red Robin restaurant, you may be entitled to compensation! Because, this lawsuit alleges that certain restaurants were serving smaller portions than they claimed. Known as Bruun v. Red Robin Gourmet Burgers, Inc., Case No. A-20-814178-C in the District Court for Clark County, Nevada.

During the applicable time period, some Red Robin restaurants sold “small” size Stella Artois beer in Stella Artois chalices that Representative Plaintiff claims did not hold the amount of beer that Red Robin advertised it held.

All natural persons who, between June 25, 2017 and July 21, 2022, purchased from a Red Robin Gourmet Burger and Brews restaurant a ‘small’ size Stella Artois beer which was served in a Stella Artois chalice.

Is a receipt required?

Proof of purchase is not required. However, if you have receipts, you may be able to claim more.

How much will I get back?

It is estimated that each Settlement Class Member who does not opt out will receive a payment of $3.00 multiplied by the number of beers the Settlement Class Member purchased during the applicable time period.

The Settlement Administrator will issue payments as a check mailed to your home address. Settlement Class Members will have four months from when the checks are mailed within which to cash the check.
