Each winner will receive one (1) $50.00 Instacart gift card; $50.00 in Kona merchandise store credit; and $200.00 to be paid via Venmo. The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize package is $300.00.
If winner cannot accept prize as specified, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner.
Total ARV of all prizes is up to $42,000.00.

Judging
All eligible Entries for each Entry Period will be judged based on the following judging criteria (“Judging Criteria”) by a panel of judges (“Panel”) selected by Sponsor. The Judging Criteria consists of the Entry describing an “Act of Aloha,” which is defined as an action taken by the Entrant demonstrating: (1) positivity; (2) joy, (3) human connection; (4) an act performed without expectation or reward; (5) an act performed in connection with making the best out of a bad situation; (6) an act that was welcoming and inclusive; and/or (7) an act performed when someone went out of their way to do something nice for someone else. The Panel will award points to each Entry based on relevance to the Judging Criteria. For each Entry Period, the ten (10) Entries receiving the highest amount of points from the Panel will be deemed the prize winners for the applicable Entry Period (subject to verification). See Rule No. 6 for prize details. In the event that there are fewer than ten (10) eligible Entries during an Entry Period, Sponsor reserves the right to proceed with the Contest with less than ten (10) eligible Entries, and the Entries receiving the highest amount of points from the Panel will be deemed the winners for the applicable Entry Period. In the event there are no Entries received during any Entry Period or none of the Entries submitted during any Entry Period receive at least one (1) point from the Panel, no prize will be awarded. In the event of a tie, tied entries for the applicable Entry Period will be re-judged by a new Panel based on the Judging Criteria stated above until the tie is broken. The decisions of the Panel are final in all aspects of the Contest Judging.
